Minor Interactive Environments – TU Delft
  • Interaction design
  • Experience design
  • Design for children
  • Prototyping
    • Laser-cutting
    • Rhinoceros
    • Arduino

In this multidisciplinary group project, we created an interactive environment for the Prinses Máxima Children’s Hospital that brings books to life.

I played a key role in designing and producing the “magical scanning table,” focusing on design, interaction, and fabrication using laser-cutting techniques.

Recycle3D

Vebego Airport Services
  • Interaction design
  • Embodiment design
  • Design for sustainability
  • 3D printing
  • 3D modelling
    • Rhinoceros
  • Coding
    • Arduino

Alongside a project colleague, I designed an installation for Schiphol’s departure halls to raise awareness about waste separation and recycling.

After analyzing airport waste, we focused on recycling PET bottles and designed an installation demonstrating this process, including the production of a new product from recycled PET. I led the design and interaction aspects, while my colleague managed the 3D printing. The installation was displayed at Schiphol for over a year and featured in a sustainability promotion video.

Evaluating Immersive Exhibitions

Juli 2019 – februari 2020
MSc. Design for interaction / Maritime Museum Rotterdam
  • Evaluation
  • Process design
  • User research
  • Interactive design
  • Prototyping
    • Coding
    • Arduino
    • 3D printing
    • Rhinoceros

This project in colleberation with the Maritime Museum Rotterdam, aimed to gather honest, useful feedback from visitors of immersive exhibitions with minimal disruption to their experience.

The final design included a process poster detailing the evaluation steps and an instruction manual. The method utilized a physical tracking device, which I prototyped along with the accompanying visualization software.
